Sunita got obsessed with flavouring butter and the best experiments were those that involved Indian flavours.

That’s how Thecha, Kadipatta, Red chilli, Moringa and Gun powder butter were created. I’m happiest when I’m working with local and seasonal ingredients. The idea was to make a product that did not contain preservatives or artificial colouring agents. 

But what’s the fuss about ‘Flavoured butters’ you might ask?

Well, firstly butter makes everything taste better and there’s no such thing as too much butter. They are extremely versatile in use and a pantry staple that makes everything taste good. 

Compound butters are a chef’s best kept secret. They take you from simple to gourmet cooking in no time. They are flavour bombs that amp up your food in the easiest way.
