Q. What will the crash course give me?
A. It will prepare you to face the camera, provided you are focused.
Q. I feel I have natural talent. Do I still need training?
A. Natural talent is required. But to face the camera, you need training. Every professional actor, be it on stage, TV or cinema has undergone training.
Q. Will I need further training after this course?
A. It will depend on how you fare at the course. But in any case, you will have to keep practicing both during and after the course.
Q. Will I be promoted or given contacts to get work?
A. Through the course you will be trained and guided on how to get work in the industry.
Q. Do I need to bring anything with me?
A. A notebook, a pen and a lot of enthusiasm!

Mr. Sammeer Satiish has been in the film industry for 22 years. He has experience in all areas of theatre and cinema – script writing, acting, direction, production, post-production and distribution. He has taught method acting for more than a decade at institutes including Ashok Kumar’s Academy of Dramatic Arts – belonging to the Legend Mr. Ashok Kumar. He has won accolades internationally in theatre and cinema at festivals like Columbia Gorge International Film Festival and International Independent Film Awards (IIFA). The pre-production stage of a big budget feature film to be directed by him is currently underway. His knowledge of the industry and strong personality means that he is always popular among students and is known to build a powerful vibe in the classroom.
At the end of the course, all students will be given a participation certificate signed by Mr. Sammeer Satiish.
