Terms & Condition For Entry Ticket For Dandiya Night

1. Entry passes are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual whose name is stated on the pass.

2. The event is open to individuals of all ages. However, guests below the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

3. Entry passes are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued, except in the event of event cancellation by the Organizer.

4. Lost, stolen, or damaged passes will not be replaced. Guests are solely responsible for the safekeeping of their passes.

5. Guests are prohibited from bringing outside food, beverages, weapons, illegal substances, or any other items deemed unsafe or disruptive by event security.

6. Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner towards fellow attendees, performers, and event staff.

7. Security personnel may conduct bag checks and pat-downs at the entry point. Cooperation is mandatory for all guests.

8. By attending the event, guests grant permission to be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes

9. The Organizer and its affiliates are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event, unless due to gross negligence.

10. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program, including but not limited to schedule, performers, and venue, without prior notice.

11. The Organizer shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

12. By purchasing and using an entry pass, guests acknowledge and accept these Terms in their entirety.

13. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any guest not in compliance with these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary for the safety and enjoyment of all attendees.
