2.Garba participants must produce the playing pass as and when required by the organizers/volunteers/secuaty.

3.KARWAAN Events shall not be responsible to participants / invitees /attendants / viewers for any damage or injury in person or property in the event of aay stampede, disruption, civil commotion (cot) caused due to individual quarrel, dispute, or natural events such as rain, fixe, earthquake, etc.

4.Garba participant/attendee must maintain discipline and a code of conduct on the ground.

5.In case of any calamities/rains /fire or other mishaps and legal hurdles, which may cause the change of time, cancellation, or part cancellation of the festival, the amount is non-refundable.

7.Timings of Garba shall be as per government rules and regulations.

8.Stag entries (single men) are not allowed even if you are in possession of a pass.

9.Smoking, Consumption of alcohol, non-veg and gukta, or any other narcotic substance is strictly prohibited at the event.
