Welcome to 'Bass Baithak' at Kitty Ko, Bangalore!
Join us as we gather under the sky to celebrate the vibrant and exhilarating Bass Music culture on the beautiful Kitty Ko Rooftop.

- The sponsors/bands/organizers/management are not responsible for, including but not limited to, any injury or damage that may occur during or at the event.
- No liability or claims that may arise due to the consumption or intake of any food or drink or any other consumption will be entertained by the management.
- Parking near or at the event premises is at the risk of the vehicle owner.
- The holder of this ticket grants organizers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording of any video or still footage made of the holder's appearance on any channel or magazine for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotions relating hereto without any further approval of theirs.
- The management reserves the exclusive right without refund or other recourse, to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions including, if necessary, ejecting the holder/s of the ticket from the venue after they have entered the premises.
- By attending this event you agree to be photographed and/or videographed.
- Drum and Bass India reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any Drum and Bass India event without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video.
- Drum and Bass India may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by Drum and Bass India including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.
- To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian.
- A person attending an Drum and Bass India event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organisers, and/or contact Drum and Bass India at drumandbassindia@gmail.com, in writing of his/her intentions and include a photograph. Drum and Bass India will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.
- By participating in an Drum and Bass India event or by failing to notify Drum and Bass India, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by Drum and Bass India, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Drum and Bass India from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
- Any person or organisation not affiliated with Drum and Bass India may not use, copy, alter or modify Drum and Bass India photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorised designee from Drum and Bass India.
