What is Face Yoga? :
Face Yoga is an age old practice, a part of Indian beauty regime that has been lost over the years. This is my way of bringing it back to life and spreading the knowledge, these practices you could inculcate in your daily life to bring back youthful healthy skin.
What will you learn?:
You will learn various exercises and massage techniques that will help you lift, sculpt and in draining the lymph. Giving you fresh, youthful skin. Helps in bringing back the glow, fights acne and pigmentation spots, reduces fine lines and wrinkles and slows the skins ageing process. You would learn to do all the massages using fingers hence no beauty tools will be required.
It is the cheapest way to look after your skin and give it the glow it deserves.
Who is your guide? :
Mridul Soparkar is a Fashion Stylist, Image Consultant, Soft Skills Trainer and a certified Handwriting and Signature Analyst. She also practices Face Yoga and Meditation and teaches and guides her clients with the same.
Note: If you've done a botox or filler treatment recently, kindly seek permission from your doctor before enrolling yourself!
These are a few things i would like each participant to do before the workshop begins so as to avoid any delay:
- Wear comfortable clothing and tie your hair in a bun or a ponytail so as to keep the strands from coming onto the face.
- Wash your face well. Do not apply any makeup or cream for the class.
- Keep a bottle of water handy for some water exercises.
- Use oils such as coconut, almond, apricot, etc for the massages.
- If the oil is too thick, add a few drops of water to dilute it. If you have active acne, add 2-3 drops of any essential oil of your choice.
- Have a positive attitude towards learning and imbibing.
