• I confirm that I am at least 21 years old and legally able to participate in this event.
• Minors are not permitted to attend.

2. Voluntary Participation:

• I acknowledge that my participation in this event is entirely voluntary.
• I have not been pressured or forced by the venue or the organizers to attend.

3. Responsibility:

• I understand that I am solely responsible for my own actions and well-being during the event.
• If I engage in any illegal activities, I accept full legal responsibility for those actions and release the venue and organizers from any liability.

4. Venue Rules:

• I agree to follow and abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the event venue.
• I understand that failure to comply with these rules or engaging in disrespectful behavior towards others may result in removal from the event at the discretion of the organizers.

5. Photography and Recording:

• I consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the event.
• I understand that these images or recordings may be used for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes by the organizers.
• I waive any claims for compensation or rights to these images or recordings.

6. Legal Compliance:

• I agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws during the event.
• I will not engage in any activities that violate these laws and understand that any legal consequences arising from my actions are my sole responsibility.

7. Health and Safety:

• I understand that the event organizers cannot guarantee a completely risk-free environment.
• I acknowledge that I may encounter potential risks associated with participating in games or activities at the event.
• I agree to take responsibility for my own safety and well-being during the event.

8. Personal Belongings:

• I understand that the organizers are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the event.
• I am encouraged to take appropriate precautions to safeguard my belongings.

9. Code of Conduct:

• I agree to behave in a respectful and professional manner towards all attendees, staff, and venue personnel.
• This includes refraining from harassment, discrimination, or any other behavior that may disrupt the enjoyment of others.

10. Refund Policy:

• Customer Cancellations: Once tickets are booked and paid for, we cannot offer refunds for customer cancellations. This is because our events are planned and executed based on the number of attendees, and cancellations can disrupt our planning process.
• Event Cancellations: In the rare event that we need to cancel an event, we will notify you as soon as possible. In such cases, we will offer a full refund for your booking with in 10 working days.
