Founders' Retreat – Lonavala

A unique mix of a startup business growth program and a relaxing retreat for Founders, Business Owners, Startups, Investors, Service Professionals & other ecosystem collaborators.

What will I be doing and learning during this program?

Working on a case-by-case basis, our goal is to create a plan that takes into account YOU and YOUR business. To ensure this program also feels like a true retreat, workshops and leisure activities will be available throughout. The schedule will be divided into 50% Social & Fun and 50% Peer-to-Peer Growth Programming.

There will be structured networking opportunities, growth workshops, focus groups, and peer-to-peer learning among startup founders, business owners, entrepreneurs, and professional firms like CA firms, law firms, digital marketing agencies, and content creators. We're focused on bringing together both business growth and personal rejuvenation through relaxation and artistic expression. The event will be hosted in the scenic landscape of Lonavala, featuring 4 growth sessions (2 hours each) and 2 leisure sessions.

WHAT IS IT?

Founders' Retreat – Lonavala aims to bring together 12–18 startups focused on business and network growth. Over two days, the executive leaders of each startup, business, or service company will relocate, work, learn, and share knowledge in Lonavala. Participants will also interact with fellow business owners, collaborators, and founders.

This immersive experience includes intensive networking events, training sessions, and workshops. The event is powered by
