About the Event

The familiar chaat dishes, but every plateful has something new added and the new of course is the non-vegetarian or the fusion of east meets west, that make them so different and unusual. Everything tangy and chatpata and yummy and known yet exciting and interesting. For the desert, combining loved dishes for the perfect end to a summer dinner party.

Kheema Pav
Inspired from the famous Pav Bhaji, but instead of the veggie bhaaji, this one comes with spiced yummy lamb kheema and the sides that make it the ultimate street food.
Chicken Sev Puri
This comes complete with the papdi, the sev, the onions and everything else and the most interesting thing is that there are yummy juicy pieces of boneless chicken on each papdi.
Aloo kheema tikki chaat
Crisped tikki stuffed with lamb kheema and topped with the imli chutney and green chutney and salad on top for that zingy, tangy, tingly mouthful.
Tex mex bhel
Inspired from the flavours of mexico, this is like sunshine in a bowl with corn and chips and beans and salsa and cheese and so much going on.
Kheema Samosa
Anyone who has lived in Bangalore, knows of this to be the ultimate street food from the mosque roads of the city, there is nothing better than the deep fried goodness of a kheema samosa.
Dal Gosht Papdi Chaat
Lentals cooked down with lamb and topped with really fun things to make the ultimate chaat plate.
