Tournament Schedule:

• 1st Round (5th October): India Bar Tournament
• 2nd Round (19th October): Country-Wide Finals at Mumbai (Midtown Mumbai Outlet)
• Final in Las Vegas (4th November): Global Championship at Las Vegas

Entry Details:

• Team Size: 2-4 people
• Entry Fee: ₹999 + 18% taxes per person (Early bird)
• Age Requirement: Entrants must be 25+

Prize Details:

• Winning team: Trip for the top-performing team to Las Vegas for the global beer pong finals on November 4th 2023. Flights, accommodation, and an epic beer-pong experience awaits!
• 1st Runner up prize: The team that comes 2nd place at the country final to win a ₹20,000 bar tab to spend at any BrewDog bar in India.

Competition Rules:

• Your mission: Be the first to eliminate all your opponent’s cups by throwing your ball into them.
• The starting team is decided via rock, paper, scissors.
• Each team takes turns throwing, aiming to eliminate their opponent’s cups.
• Scoring: 5 points for a win, plus 1 point for each remaining cup on your side.

How to Win a Trip to Vegas:

• The top team from India will be invited to the grand final in BrewDog Las Vegas on November 4th!

PRIZE DETAILS:

• Top Prize: Trip for the top performing team from the UK, USA, Australia, Germany, India, and mainland Europe to Las Vegas to play in the global beer pong finals on November 4th.
• Trip duration: 3rd–6th November
• Capped at 4 people per team
• Return Economy flights and accommodation are included. All team members will share a room.
• Runner-up prize: The team that comes in 2nd place at the regional final will win a ₹20,000 bar tab to spend at any BrewDog bar in India.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

• Entrants must be 25+
• Team sizes are restricted to 2 – 4 people
• Competition entry by:
• 1st round (5th October): Local bar tournament
• The top-scoring teams in the country will be invited to regional finals at BrewDog Midtown Mumbai
• 2nd round (19th October): Regional finals
• The India regional finals will be held in BrewDog Midtown Mumbai
• Teams will be expected to cover their own travel to this event.
• The winning team will win a trip to Vegas to play in the global final
• 2nd place will win ₹20,000 bar tab for the team across all BrewDog India bars

WINNING ENTRANTS

• One team of winners from each of the UK, mainland Europe, Germany, USA, India, and Australia will be selected.
• Scoring system
• +5 points awarded for winning the game
• +1 point for each cup remaining on your side of the board
• In the event of a tie after round one, the winners of the same will be randomly chosen by an online name generator for the next stage.
• In the event of a tie at the regional final, two competing teams will play a knockout round.
• A maximum of four players per team will receive a trip to Vegas.
• All original players must be part of the team receiving the trip to Vegas.
• In the event of a winning team member not being able to attend, an alternative participant cannot be substituted.
• Winners from each round are to be announced on the below dates.
• First round: Monday, October 9th
• Regional final: Friday, October 20th
• Winners will be announced via social media and on www.brewdog.com/beer-pong
• Winners will be contacted by email and must claim the prize within 48 hours before an alternative team is chosen.
• All winners must have a valid passport and their own ESTA prior to landing in the USA.
• All winners must have a valid USA Visa
• Government IDs are required for verification on-site to participate in the tournament. 
• If the winning team does not have a US visa, the team in second place will be eligible to participate in the global final.
• The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered. If, for any reason, the winner cannot claim their prize, then no replacement prize will be offered.
• The competition is run by BrewDog PLC, Balmacassie Commercial Park, Ellon, Aberdeenshire, AB41 8BX.
