Bring on the glow and go with the flow! This New Year, let’s turn off the lights, turn up the music and illuminate our sweat. Join us for an evening of Glow Yoga Party with glow in the dark body paint, yoga and tasty Kombucha cocktails!

Glow Yoga is an experience like no other! Enjoy a 60min vinyasa yoga class where you’ll have the opportunity to explore and challenge your strength, balance + flexibility, under blacklights, upbeat music, glow sticks, and neon paints, allowing external stimuli to enhance your internal experience. It’s time to give a new meaning to your Saturday evening and to radiate like never before.

Suitability:

The class is open to all levels.

Facilitator:

Jenil Dholakia

• Studying, practising & teaching yoga for the last 5 years
• 900 hours Advanced Teacher Training Certification (The Yoga Institute, Mumbai)
• Completed E-RTY / E-RYS 200 Hours + 500 Hours from The Yoga Alliance Teacher Training Certification (Rishikesh, India)
• Yoga Instructor Certification from Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana, (SVYASA) Bangalore, India
• Certified sound healer from The International Academy of Sound healing

Special Instructions:

• Please wear white or neon colour activewear
• You can bring your own glow in the dark props (paint, stickers, bracelets, etc), if you have any

Fixed Terms:

• We do not permit single use plastics at The Space. Please don't carry such items with you. Water is available for all at The Space.
• This ticket cannot be cancelled and is non refundable, (but can be transferred to another person for the same session itself)
