What's GOZY

Celebrating intimacy in a gathering of myriads of people; exuding companionship & community is what Gozy embodies. The term originating from Lahaul; a place in Himachal Pradesh, means ‘A get together’. Through original art and its enormous reach, we intend to bring diverse people and their diverse stories together.

With Gozy, we plan to feature/ introduce indie artists and hence give them an outlet to present their original content, be it music, poetry, storytelling, visual arts, etc. Each edition would feature new artists, to cater to the needs of the audience in consuming newer forms of content.

The debut edition of Gozy, held at 10 Downing Street, Chandigarh was a success. We now bring to you a more intimate and engaging experience with GOZY: In House. This edition features the acclaimed musician Osho Shakti.

About the artist:

Osho Shakti is a multi-genre musician whose musical talents span across Folk, Rock, Country and Bollywood music. He has played across several parts of the country, some of which include Kolkata, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Manali, Rishikesh, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Assam, Vishakhapatnam, Jharkhand and major music festivals like Lavi Mela and others in Himachal Pradesh.

Osho has also been featured on Fox Life’s The Great Escape for his versatile and invigorating music. He’s known and lauded widely for his phenomenal guitar playing skills. He has also been playing for bands like Swastik, Mahadeva Vibes, Faqat and has collaborated with dozen other renowned artists from the circuit. Recently, he performed his long awaited set of originals at the Tangy Musical Sessions held at Hyderabad and is all set to perform it for the people of Chandigarh and Tricity along with an amazing blend of Folk and Classical music. Accompanying him would be Shiv Sameer(drums/cajon) , Harry Negi(bass).
