• Age group of Audiences: 18+ only can attend the event by purchasing a ticket.
• Kids are allowed only on Table Reservation.
• All ticket holders must be fully vaccinated in order to attend the event. It is compulsory to show a certificate of full vaccination on entry. (Make sure your second dose is taken at least 14 days before the show).
• Rights of admission are reserved, even to valid ticket holders.
• Tickets once sold will not be refunded even in case of rescheduling.
• Pre-Booze not allowed.
• It is compulsory to wear masks at all times. No entry without a mask.
• Limited Capacity event
• Body temperature check mandatory at building entry and venue box office. If you're running high temperature, you will not be allowed entry.
• Please do not purchase tickets if you feel sick.
• Do not buy tickets from anyone except online ticketing aggregators or at event box office.
• Please remember to carry an original, valid government-issued photo ID proof (Driver's license/ Aadhar/ Passport). You may not be permitted to enter in the absence of one.
• Group pictures, artist meet & greet or any other promotional engagement is strictly prohibited.
• Venue, seats, and equipment are meticulously sanitized and disinfected after each show for the safely or audience, artist(s) and crew.
• Ticket prices may fluctuate, based on demand, at any time.
• Entry to the venue starts 60 minutes prior to show time.
• The venue does not provide parking services, we encourage travel by autos, taxi etc.
• Video recording and flash photography is strictly prohibited for the duration of the show.
• Booking Fee may be levied. Please check your total amount before payment.
• These terms & conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organizer.
• Please co-operate with the team available at the venue.
• No professional, SLR or DSLR cameras or recording (sound or video) equipment will be permitted in the venue. Do not bring them to the venue as we will not be able to take responsibility and hold the same in safekeeping.
• No passes for the event shall be used by any person for advertising, promotional or commercial purposes, including but not limited to prizes, competition, contests or sweepstakes without obtaining written consent of the promoter.
• No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, musical instruments will be allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue.
• The sponsors/performers/organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event. Any claims regarding the same would be settled in courts of Mumbai.
• No drug use - consumption of narcotics is illegal and those found in possession of or consuming narcotics at the event will be handed over to police authorities.
• Carrying of liquids, alcohol, cigarettes and banned substances including outside food will not be permitted in the venue.
• No liability claims of food, pollution and other consumption poisoning will be entertained.
• Narcotics/Drugs consumption is illegal if ant found will be handed over to police.
• You shall not use or display within the venue any sponsorship, promotional or marketing materials unless authorized by Organizer.

How do I get access into the venue?

A: You will have to show your ticket at the box office & collect your wrist bands from the box office.

What time do the gates open?

A: Gates will open at 4:30 pm & show will start at 6:00 pm.

Am I allowed to bring my Pets?

A: No, you will not be allowed to bring your pets to the event.

Will I get a refund on my tickets under any circumstances?

A: No, you cannot claim a refund under any circumstances.
