• Trekking shoes or hiking boots(helps you walk on different terrain with much ease)
• Backpack to carry all the items you need
• Pull over or Sweaters
• You can carry energy food like( dry fruits, Chocolate bars, Glucose, Electrolyte, and flavored milk)
• Trekking pants or trousers(make sure you take comfortable ones)
• Cap or a hat (to look like cool dudes )
• Power bank (optional)
• Camera ( optional)
• Sunscreen lotion, sun blocks, and lip balm( if getting tanned will scare you)
• Sunglasses ( optional)
• Extra cash for things that are not included in the list
• Raincoat
• Personal medicine if required
• Mosquito repellent cream
• Torch or headlamps 
• Flip flops to roam around the campsite
• Towels & Blankets
• Toilet Kit ( Toothbrush, toothpaste, & shampoo)
• Carry at least one Id proof (Driving License, Voter Id or Aadhar card)

Inclusions

• Travel from Bangalore To Hampi In AC sit-in coach Bus/TT
• 4 meals: 3 breakfasts (Day 1,2 & 3), 1 Dinner (Day 2)
• Accommodation in hut cottages with cots and floor mattresses on a multiple-sharing basis
• Local Guide and Outdoor trek leader from Adventure Buddha

• Coracle Ride in the lake.
• Any Kind of Personal Expenses
• Any kind of Insurances (health, life, accidental, medical, etc)
• Anything that is not included in the above list
• Entry charges to all the places.

• Please select your preferred pickup point in the checkout page
• Any changes in the pickup location/timings will be informed to you 24 hours in advance
• Drop-off points shall be the same as the pick-up points

Terms & Condition

Age Limit: 10 years and above.

Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded

If we cancel the event, we offer a full refund to all the participants

An Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment

We recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior at the venue for a seamless entry 

We have designated pick-up and drop points, make your own arrangements of transport to the desired pick-up point accordingly.

No alcohol or drugs during the trip.

No Luxury. We assure awesome memories every trip, but not awesome facilities! We provide basic facilities in terms of food, travel & accommodation.

The itinerary is fixed. No special requests to change itinerary/schedule are permitted

Absolutely No littering during our travels. We swear to protect our environment.

Co-operate with the organizer(s) in following the schedule set for the day (especially getting up and getting ready in the morning). This will ensure travelers won’t miss out on the real fun part – that is traveling.

Every traveler is responsible for his/her own safety while traveling with Adventure Buddha. Don’t indulge in any illegal or silly activity that causes harm to you or your fellow travelers.

Unexpected situations: It may happen we do not cover all the places mentioned in the itinerary because of unpredictable reasons like bad weather, wild animal presence, abrupt blocking of sites by the police/forest department, delay in travel because of an issue with our group itself, traffic conditions, etc. In most cases, if time permits, the organizer(s) will take travelers to an alternative place. But in some cases, we may have to skip a place altogether. No Refund will be applicable for any of the above scenarios.

Travelers are expected to respect each other and help each other. Avoid discussing sensitive matters like sex, politics, and religion/caste/race.

Using foul or abusive language, eve-teasing, arguing with fellow travelers/organizer(s), and/or being involved in physical assault will not be accepted and will stand a chance of being deserted by the Adventure Buddha team.

The average level of fitness is required to participate in the trek. We will not be responsible if any participant is unable to get to the summit due to their own limitations.

Baggage and personal effects are at your risk throughout the trip. You are solely responsible for your personal belongings while on the trip. Adventure Buddha is not responsible for the loss of baggage, goods, air tickets, passports, cash, traveler’s cheques, or any other travel document or item owned by you while on tour, whatever the cause.

This trip involves basic facilities in terms of food, travel, and stay without any luxury, whatsoever.

This is a group trip with a shared model. It may not suit everyone – especially for those expecting privacy and comfort. It best suits people who wish to socialize

Homestay with cots with beds/Floor mattresses(sharing basis, separate for boys & girls), clean washrooms

Tempo Traveller or Mini Bus (with push-back seats).

Note: This trip involves an overnight journey on a push-back Seater (Not sleeper or semis-sleeper).

Seats are allotted on a first come first serve basis to the pickup point
