These terms and conditions govern your participation and attendance at the live event organized by Metanoia Events. By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully. 

1. Age Restrictions: The event is for individuals between the age group of 16-35 years. It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet these age requirements before purchasing tickets. Please carry government issued certification for entry. (License or Aadhar card)

2. Dress code: The dress code for the event would be smart casuals strictly.

3. Admission and Security: Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any attendee who violates these Terms or engages in disruptive behavior.

4. Search and Entry: You consent to security searches upon entry to the Event venue. Prohibited items may be confiscated.

5. Behavior: Attendees must behave in a respectful and lawful manner at all times during the Event. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in ejection from the Event without refund.

6. Prohibited Items: Attendees may not bring weapons, illegal substances, or other prohibited items to the Event venue. If any individual is found with these items on their person, the event organizers and owners will not be responsible.

7. Assumption of Risk: Attendees voluntarily assume all risks and dangers related to attending the Event, including, but not limited to, injury, property damage, or loss.

8. Waiver: Attendees release Organizer from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred at the Event, to the extent permitted by law.

By attending the Event, you agree to abide by these Terms and any additional rules or regulations communicated by Organizer. Organizer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, and such changes will be effective upon posting on the Event website or through other official channels.
