• Entry valid only for the date of event.

• Person(s) under the age of 16 will not be allowed to attend the event. Please carry a valid ID proof along with you. On being incapable to present a valid ID proof, your entry will be denied despite holding a valid ticket WITHOUT any refund. 

• The ticket is NON REFUNDABLE. No refunds on purchased ticket are possible, even in case of any rescheduling.

• Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check your total amount before payment. 

• Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation

• No bag packs, handbags and other baggage allowed inside the venue. There is NO storage facility available at the event.

• No water, food and beverages are allowed during the event.

• Consumption of cigarette and liquor is STRICTY PROHIBITED. 

• Organizers reserve the right to perform security checks on invitees/members of the audience at the entry point or during the event. In-case anyone is found violating rules, will be asked to vacate or denied entry into the event despite holding a valid ticket WITHOUT any refund. 

• Offensive substances which are prohibited by Government. Departments like excise, narcotics are not allowed.

• The event team reserves the rights of entry and exit of the people in the event. Anyone found creating nuisance or not. In a proper behaviour and conduct shall be asked to move out of the event premise immediately.

• The sponsors/performers/organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event. Any claims/disputes regarding the same would be settled under Jabalpur Jurisdiction courts only.

• It is mandatory to follow all govt rules and regulations to prevent spread of Covid – 19. Strict checking will be done before entry. Guests need to provide full cooperation with the staff.

• Drunkard (drunken person) or person who has consumed any banned substance will not be allowed entry inside the venue.

• No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, musical instruments will be allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue.

• Organizers hold the right to deny late entry to the event.

• Venue rules apply.

• Parking near or at the venue premises is at the risk of the vehicle owner. Organizer will not hold responsibility for any damage or theft of any vehicles within the stipulated parking premises of the venue

• We recommend that you to arrive at-least 30 minutes prior at the venue for a seamless entry.

• The comedian in this show would primarily use comedy, mocking individuals or organizations, which is entirely limited to entertainment purpose.

• The holder of this ticket hereby grants organizers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording of any tape made of holder`s appearance on any channel for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotion relating hereto
