Alcohol will only be served to individuals aged 21 years and above. Valid government-issued identification must be presented upon request. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone unable to provide satisfactory proof of age. By attending the event, attendees agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the consumption of alcohol.

• 21+ Government Issued Identification is needed for entry (physical ID of driver's license or Aadhar Card.
• No refunds on purchased ticket are possible, even in case of any rescheduling.
• Security procedures, including frisking remain the right of the management.
• No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, lazer devices, bottles, musical instruments will be allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue.
• The sponsors/performers/organisers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event. Any claims regarding the same would be settled in courts in Dehradun.
• People in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry.
• Organizers hold the right to deny late entry to the event.
• Venue rules apply.
• In case of event cancellation, Paytm Insider would be responsible to issue refunds only if payouts have not been released to the event organiser before the cancellation was communicated.
• Additionally, Paytm Insider and 369Hz shall not be held liable or responsible for any violation of intellectual property rights that may arise out of any Artist performance at the event.
• Tickets are non-cancelable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Guestlist may shut earlier than the mentioned time once it is full.
• Vaccination certificate maybe required for entry.
• Customers may be subject to a search and temperature check on arrival.
• Our dress code is smart/casual strictly.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry in accordance with licensing law.
• Consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
• Internet handling fee per ticket maybe levied. Please check the total amount. 
• The venue and schedule maybe subject to change.
• No refund/replacement on a purchased ticket. Tickets you purchase are for personal use. You must not transfer (or seek to transfer) the tickets in breach of the applicable terms. A breach of this condition will entitle us to cancel the tickets without prior notification, refund, compensation or liability.
• The management reserves the exclusive right without refund or other recourse, to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions including, if necessary, ejecting the holder/s of the ticket from the venue after they have entered the premises.
• These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organizer.
