An Overnight journey towards Kaas Plateau
Day 1:( Saturday)
Early morning around 6:00 am we will reach Kaas Plateau and check-in to our rooms freshens up and have breakfast.
10:00 am: leave for Kaas Plateau. After exploring we will come back by 1:00 pm
1:00 pm: have lunch
approx 3.00 pm lets head towards Koyna backwaters near Bamnoli. Spend some time boating in the backwaters and enjoy the soothing climate.
After spending some time here we will head to Vajrai waterfalls.
By late evening we will be back to the rooms have some tea following with some music party after which we will have dinner, light bonfire and end our day with some interesting stories!
Day 2:(Sunday)
Early morning after breakfast we will leave for Kaas lake. A beautiful place especially in monsoon.
After enjoying this beautiful lake, we will start our return journey towards Mumbai.
We will visit Sajjangarh fort and Thoseghar waterfalls i.e. one-hour drive from our Stay.
By late evening we will reach Mumbai with a lot of memories and life experience with Hikerwolf!!!
A night before the blooming day!
We will leave on Friday from Dadar at 11:00 pm sharp.
Further meeting points will be Ghatkopar, Vashi, Lonavala, Khandala, Pune
Day 1:(Saturday)
We will reach Kaas village by 8:00 am and check in our rooms and freshen up!
It will be a glory morning with sumptuous breakfast and hot chai
It’s time to head towards Kaas Plateau in the first batch of 10:00 am!
Enter the world of peace and step in the place filled with endless flower beds!!
Explore every flower, learn something new, play with fluttering butterflies and pose for capturing such amazing views and fill your souls with such lively colors and cheerful winds!!
After having lunch, we will head to the very next peaceful place at Bagnoli the Koyna backwaters. Enjoy an evening boat ride here feel the calm air and serene views of nature and a fun time experiencing with our group playing games and teasing each other!
The day is yet not done, one more place to explore will be the Vajrai waterfalls.
Splash play jump all together having fun!
After this back to our rooms refresh with a hot cup of tea and it’s Storytime!!
Light up a bonfire, sing in your worst voices together, dance like never before, have yummy dinner and after all, fun call it a day!
Day 2:(Sunday)
Another fun-filled Sunday!!!
Wake up early and get ready to visit the famous Kaas lake!
This place gets more alluring during monsoons which gives the beautiful views of dense forest around with pleasant skies!
After spending some good time here, we will head towards Mumbai but in between, there is one more place yet to explore i.e. Sajjangarh fort, the place where
Shri Samarth Ramdas Swami took Samadhi. A holy place which has its own peace and historical importance!
Foggy views and the view of the dam amidst the clouds in monsoons is amazing here!!!
Also, one more flavor will be the Thoseghar waterfalls, breathtakingly huge and lush greenery pouring white waterfalls!!! After enjoying exploring caves here we head back to Mumbai and reach late evening!!
A lifetime memory which has all its colors of Kaas flower beds, sparkling waterfalls, historical monuments and fun of Hikerwolf adventures!!!

2. Where is Kaas Plateau located & what is the mode of transportation?
Answer: Kaas plateau is in the outskirts of Satara district (Mumbai-280 km & Pune 140 km). We are traveling overnight by non-AC push back bus or via private vehicle, starting from Mumbai.
3. Are children or senior citizen can join for this tour?
Answer: Eco-Tours are open for all the age groups. As we are in outdoors and have a long trail to walk on the plateau; infants & physically unfit travelers are not allowed on this tour for health & convenience concern.
4. What is the child policy for the tour?
Answer: If the child needs an extra seat on the bus, extra meals then the child is considered as an adult. Get in touch with us for more details on Child policy
5. When will I get tour details of Kaas Plateau?
Answer: Usually, the final tour details like things to carry, contact details of leaders, meeting details and Do’s & don’ts will be communicated via WhatsApp 1 or 2 days prior to the trip.
6. What is a Group discount policy?
Answer: The group discount of Rs.150/- applicable on a minimum group of 05 travelers.
7. What time we will reach back to Mumbai?
Answer: We normally reach by 9-10 pm however, it totally depends on the traffic.
8. Can I directly meet you at Kaas Plateau?
Answer: Yes but it depends on case to case. As it is in a remote location, there are connectivity issues and network issues as well.
