Entry is only permissible for 18 & above. Kids above the age of 5 years shall be required to buy tickets to enter the venue. Kids shall have to be always accompanied with parents.

By purchasing the ticket, the customer has automatically agreed to the terms and conditions of the event.

Please carry a valid ID proof along with you & Admission is subject to tickets produced at the entrance with compliance to personal and Bag frisking.

Admission is subject to tickets produced at the entrance or purchased at the venue through Paytm Insider. No cash Purchased will be possible at the venue.

Security procedures, including frisking remain the right of the management.

Management will not be responsible for the loss of coupon/ticket/band or personal belongings.

The ticket entitles you to a one-time entry at the venue. Re-entrance to the venue will be possible only on purchase of a new ticket.

Entry Bands are to be worn compulsorily while the guests are at the venue till the end of the event. If found without band the person will be asked to vacate the event premise.

For the safety of the customers, no carrying unauthorised substances or personal colours, pointed and sharp objects or weapons or food or drinks from outside.

Management and change price depending on the need of event & venue.

Music will be at discretion of the DJ. No request to DJ shall be accepted.

Customer are deemed to follow all govt Policies & norms at the venue.

Drinking shall be allowed only to adults above the age of 25 as per the govt norms.

All care has been taken to play Holi with safe & non-toxic colours, known to suit all skin conditions. we still insist you to a skin test before you use the colours.

Kids above the age of 5 years shall have to buy an entry ticket with a valid ID proof. The parent or guardian understands and agrees to the event terms and conditions of mall not taking any responsibility of exposing the child to high music decibels/ ambiance not suitable for children below Age 18. 

Entry ticket once purchased, is not refundable under any circumstances.

Tickets can only be bought through Paytm Inside. No cash transactions for the entry shall be authorized.

People in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry.

Food & Drink coupons issued at the counter will be the only valid currency for Food Stalls till the event. The same if lost, disfigured or not legible will not be accepted.  

The Mall Management reserves the right withdraw, refund or compensation to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming. Mall Management diction will be always final and binding.

The Mall Management may add, withdraw, or substitute any terms of the event, artists, F&B stalls and/or vary advertised programs, event times, and audience capacity without prior notice.

The Mall reserves the right to change the venue, cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances.

The ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items, including weapons controlled, dangerous and illegal non permissible substances, outside food or colours.

All Participants take complete responsibility of themselves and their dependents and their personal belongings. Organizers do not take responsibility for any claims for any incident caused directly or indirectly during the event. Mall or event agency is not responsible for any loss.

The Mall management reserves the right to refuse admission to any person whose conduct is inappropriate and poses a threat to security of the event.

The Mall Management are not responsible for any kind of direct or indirect claims on account of the event. As an event participant you undertake any such risk of any unforeseen incident that may happen during the event. You are responsible for your family and yourself.

Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risk & danger incidental to the Event whether occurring prior to, during or after the actual Event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage, or liability. Organizer does not take responsibility for any claims.

Baggage service will not be available. Guests are advised to come with least Baggage.

No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, lazer devices, bottles, musical instruments will be allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue.

OUTSIDE colours / FOOD OR DRINKS ARE STICTLY NOT ALLOWED inside the venue.

Use of prohibited substances/drugs etc are not allowed inside the venue.

Management reserves the right to refuse admission of any person carrying banned substances inside the premises.
