1. Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded

2. An Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment

3. We recommend that you arrive at-least 30 minutes prior at the venue for a seamless entry 

4. It is mandatory to wear masks at all times and follow social distancing norms

5. Please do not purchase tickets if you feel sick

6. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation

7. Rights of admission reserved

8. These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organizer

9.    There is NO storage space available at the venue. 

     No guns or weapons allowed in the premises.

     Professional cameras, any form of recording instruments, arms and ammunition, eatables, bottled water,

beverages, alcohol are not allowed from outside the festival. Food and beverages will be available inside the festival.

10.    Parking is chargeable first come, first visit bases and limited, we advised people to use public or private transport.

11.    Food and beverages stalls are available inside (Chargeable)     

12.    As per government regulations there will be a strict security check at the gate.

13.    Consumption and sale of illegal substances or drugs is strictly prohibited inside the premises. No Outside Cigarettes are allowed.

14.    Strict action will be taken against anyone who damages the property, creates any nuisances, abuses the staff/management, physical violence etc.

     All the complaints related to other guests, staff, management, third party contractors will be taken at the complaint desk. 

15.   Parking, Mobiles and valuables are at owners’ risk.

    Organizers are not responsible for any negative effects of food items or drinks consumed in the venue by festival guests.

16.   The holder of this ticket hereby grants organizers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording of any tape made of holder`s appearance on any channel for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotion relating hereto.

17.  Artist line-up and billed attractions may be subject to change.

    Organizers or any of its agents, officers, employees shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, theft, losses or cost suffered at or as a result of the event of any part of it.

18.  Management reserves the right to deny entry to an already drunken person or anyone imposing a threat.

19. By buying the pass, the ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger, incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event including death, personal injury, loss, damage.

20. Any disputes to be settled under Pune jurisdiction courts only.

COVID SAFETY GUIDELINES

• Owing to the recent conditions surrounding the COVID – 19 pandemic, as a pre-condition to gaining access to the venue (events and theatres) you are required to be fully vaccinated and may be required to display your COVID – 19 certificate at the venue as per the various norms /regulations prevailing in the said State. The venue provider and governing authorities reserve the right to exclude any user from the venue if there are sufficient grounds to believe so for failure to abide by the protocols. You agree to exit without protest or refund. Users are required to check the restrictions as applicable in their State
• Use of masks is mandatory at all times and the visitors are required to maintain social distancing norms. The venue and Bigtree reserve the right to change/modify the terms and conditions.
• Bigtree does not assume any responsibility with regards to any injury or complications due to COVID – 19 accrued as a result of your participation.
• The above guidelines are currently mandatory for Delhi/NCR, Maharashtra and Karnataka. These terms and conditions may vary depending on the state where the event is held and are subject to changes
