1.    Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded

5.    Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.

9. Liquor will be served to 21 yrs old and above patrons only.

10. The Management reserves the right to escort out anyone in case of misbehavior/ eve-teasing/ unacceptable act without any refund of the payment mode.

11. The Package rates are inclusive of taxes.

12. The rates are subject to change as per hotel policy.

13. The booking confirmation will only be sent on 100% advance payment.

14. The advance payment is non-refundable.

17. Outside food and beverage will not be permitted inside the hotel
