TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Lost or damaged passes will not be entertained.

2. Alcohol will not be served inside the venue. 

3. Intoxicated individuals will not be allowed entry into the venue.

4. Re-entry is strictly not allowed.

5. Firearms, sharp objects, inflammable materials, cameras, bottles, cans or tins are strictly prohibited.

6. No outside food and beverages are allowed inside the venue. 

7. The rights of admission are reserved with the management. 

8. The management reserves the right to frisk the pass holders at entry points for security reasons & expects cooperation from pass holders end.

9. Usage of any sort of audio or video equipment is prohibited.

10. The management does not take any responsibility for the loss or theft of any personal belongings or any injury that the pass holders may incur during the event 

11. The event is subjected to force majeure conditions.

12. The starting time of the event may be changed without any prior notification. 

13. The management or the venue is not liable for any duplicate reproduction of passes by unauthorised sources 

14. The pass is not valid if security features are tampered with and stands non-refundable 

15, Parking at owner‘s risk.

16. The wristband shall be shown whenever asked.

17. In case of any damage, the individual responsible has to bear the expenses.

18. In case of any legal proceedings, the decision would be subject to Bhopal jurisdiction only 

19. A government-issued valid photo ID may be requested at entry.

20. Unwanted behaviour will not be overlooked.

21. Purchasing the ticket implies acceptance of all the terms & conditions of the event.

22. The management reserves the right to cancel or modify the Event and amend these terms without any prior notice.
