How you can join an Interactive event on Paytm Insider

Before the event starts, let's ensure you have everything in check to enjoy the event and make it a memorable one. To ensure you join the event on time watch this video detailing the steps to join an Interactive event.

Here's a quick checklist:

Step 1: Sign in to Insider.in profile with your registered email ID.

If in case you have an uppercase letter in your email ID, please create a new account on Paytm Insider with all lowercase characters in order to be able to view the event.

Step 2: Check your e-ticket or WhatsApp (if you've opted for it)

Note: You will only receive a WhatsApp message if you opt for it while booking your ticket.

Step 3: Join the link on your e-ticket 5 minutes prior to the event

You can join the event via your e-ticket, link sent via WhatsApp.

For best viewing experience join the event via your mobile or desktop browser.

*If you face an issue while joining the event via your mobile phone, you can long-press the "Join Event" button on your e-ticket to copy the link and paste it in your mobile browser. Google Chrome works best!

Step 1: Sign in to Insider.in profile account

To attend the event, you will first need to sign in to your Insider website via your registered email ID. This will be the email you had received your tickets on.

In case you are not logged in with the correct ID, please log in with your registered email ID. Alternatively, you can log in via Facebook or Google option.

Step 2: How to locate your e-ticket:

To find your e-ticket, check your inbox for the following subject line 'Here are your tickets!'. In case you don't find your e-ticket, you can search for an email sent by purchases@insider.in

Note: Don't forget to check your spam and promotional folders as well, if you still can't locate it.

3. Join the link 5 minutes prior:

Once you click on the “Join Event” button on the e-ticket, you will get redirected to a landing page. This page will display a countdown timer, showcasing till when the event can be accessed.

You won’t be able to join the event before the event time. Once the show is about to start, you will see a “Join Now” button which will take you to the main event page.

Here’s the joining flow via your phone for your reference:

Step 1: Find the ticket in your inbox. You can do so by searching “purchases@insider.in” in your mailbox.

Step 2: Click on the join button to find the landing page. The countdown clock will let you know how long you have to wait to enter the event.

Waiting Room:

Once you click on the “Join Now” or “Join” button, you will be taken to a Waiting Room. Consider this as a festival ground or a conference floor where you can chat with fellow attendees while the event will begin in a few minutes.

Use an emoji to convey your excitement to fellow attendees or just say hi. In case chats are not your vibe, you can click on the “dialogue” logo to collapse the chat box whenever you feel like it.

If you do not wish to see comments of the other attendees, you can turn it off by clicking on the message box icon next to the Comment section.

You can click on the same button to turn it on whenever you’d like.

Main Stage:

Soon enough, the holding room screen will turn blank and the main event will begin. Once you have reached this step, just lay back and enjoy the show!
