This full day offers an opportunity for women to find the growth and opening that can occur through working with members of their own gender. To explore the issues alive for them and how to align ourselves with our core and offer love and strength to the world from this place.

This group will create a safe and sacred space for women to explore together the awakening of femininity and of Shakti energy.

Ancient and Taoist practices will be used to help us sink deeper into the body, to discover the body as a temple, to awaken our self-love and to bring that self love into a deep radiance within and without.

Awaken the sensual woman. This full day workshop is for women only to (re)connect with yourself and with sisters from all different parts of the world. It is a guided workshop with breath, sound and movement.

Afke loves to guide you, with a big smile, through yoga sessions.

Every class is a little party on itself, and includes Asana, Pranayama and a Mantra. Let’s celebrate life consciously!

Afke Reijenga is a certified yoga teacher with 500+ hours Hatha Vinyasa Flow Yoga (Svaha Yoga / Jiva Mukti influenced) and 200 hours RYT Yin Yoga.

She taught 2000+ hours, 15 years of Martial Arts Healing tao experience, Jade egg tantra lover (healing love), Women circles at festivals (Red Tent),Studies Pranaflow with Shiva Rea and Trance Dance.
