When will I get my tickets?
Immediately once the person pays the amount online, either they get E-Tickets, through Messages or Tickets will be emailed to their respective mail ids… depending on the Ticket booking websites…
I live overseas, how do I get my ticket?
We need an Id Genuine ID Proof. The 2nd Point answers the Question.
What happens if my tickets don’t arrive?
When you buy tickets you are entering into a contract with the ticket seller, whether they are a private individual or an official ticket agent. Whatever they describe to you in person, over the phone or on a website, forms the basis of your contract. This means the tickets must be delivered to you within sufficient time to go to the event, unless you opt to collect the tickets at the venue. If a ticket seller breaches the terms of the contract, you are entitled to a refund.
What happens if I lose my ticket?
It is your responsibility to look after your ticket . Since the ticket links are automatically sent to your Mobile through Msg or Email there are very less chance of loosing the Ticket. If you lose your ticket, contact us as soon as possible and no later than 5 working days before the event. A small admin fee may be charged for any replacements sent out.
If people with tickets don’t turn up on the night, will others be able to get in?
No. You’ll only be allowed into the viewing area if you’ve bought a ticket in advance. Ticket once booked cannot be refunded.
If I want to leave the viewing area, does my ticket allow me back in?
There are no pass-outs. That means you won’t be allowed to leave and re-enter your ticketed viewing area. Management reserves right to admission add/or remove any patron from the centre who is disorderly, unlawful or offensive.
Is this event suitable for young children?
No. As a late night and crowded outdoor event, we strongly recommend you do not bring young children. Any under 16's who do attend must be with an adult. Everyone, whatever their age, must have a ticket to get in.
How much do tickets cost?
WE have different Ticket options for Stag, Couples or Group of Couples ( 5/10 )
Why do I need a ticket?
To attend the New Year’s Event. Before ticketing was introduced, the event was attracting bigger and bigger crowds every year. It was decided ticketing was the best way to manage overcrowding and keep the event safe.
What view will I get with a ticket?
You get a change to watch LIVE Perfomance of Sandalwood Actresses Unlimited DJ / Live concert / Disco Night
Can I buy tickets from other sellers?
Yes you can, Only through our official partners.
What if I buy or have a ticket, but can no longer come to the event?
For most events, you can give tickets as gifts or pass them on to someone else if you can't make it and it isn't a problem – they're yours to do pretty much whatever you like with them! As there is no refund option give away ur ticket to someone with the prior notice on or before 25th DEC 2018… only when we confirm it appears to be a valid ticket.
Can I buy tickets for other people as a gift?
Yes, you can. However, you must change the name on the ticket from yours to theirs, once you’ve had your ticket purchase confirmation. The name you give us of the person going will be printed on all tickets of that group. They must show photo ID to enter the event. This is part of the event’s terms and conditions.
Why might the main ticket buyer need to show photo ID to enter the event?
This is to help us with security and to stop ticket touts. The main ticket buyer may need to show photo ID at the entry gate to prove they bought their tickets legally.
What ID can I use to get into the event?
Any government issued photo ID is allowed, so Passport, Driving License, Adhaar card etc etc.
What type and size of bags are allowed in the event?
We will be carrying out bag searches on the night. To keep queues moving, and to ensure the safety and security of everyone there, we will be operating a bag restriction policy. This means no backpacks or suitcases will be allowed into the event. Please remember this to avoid being turned away at the entrance. We recommend that you arrive before 6 pm and bring only a small bag for essential items or preferably NO bag.
What isn’t allowed in the viewing areas?
backpacks or suitcases any item which could be used as a weapon (including sharp or pointed objects, such as knives) fireworks (including sparklers) illegal substances assistance dogs, animals are not allowed into the viewing areas We reserve the right to remove any item that might cause danger, be at health and safety risk, isn’t suitable to be taken into an event. Anyone found with illegal substances or contraband goods will be removed from the viewing area and may be prosecuted. We will take away any items we find that may be used in an illegal or offensive manner, regardless of whether the item itself is illegal. If you are removed from the viewing area your ticket will not be refunded.
What things do I need to remember on the night?
All tickets are barcoded and personalised to you. Tickets will be scanned on entry. The person named on the ticket(s) must be present and may be asked to show photo ID as proof Expect very large crowds Bring only a small bag for essential items or preferably NO bag at all. We will be operating a bag restriction policy. This means no backpacks or suitcases will be allowed into the event this year. Please remember this to avoid being turned away at the entrance. Plan your journey to and from the Event. Remember you may need to take a different route home from the way you arrived. Allow plenty of time for your journey back and consider walking some of it. If you’re meeting up with other members of your group beforehand, choose quieter locations away from the entry gates Report anything suspicious to police, stewards or Transport for EVENT Staff. Take care of your valuables, large crowds attract few cases of theft. Dress for the weather Notify the nearest steward if you need medical help – they will direct you to one of the event’s first aid points. Event paramedics will be the quickest to respond. Call 108 only in the case of a serious emergency.
Can I bring pets?
Nope ,,, Strictly prohibited.
What time should I arrive?
Event Doors opens at 6pm onwards. ( Monday 31st December, 2018)
Can I come in after the specified entry times?
Yes, Event Organisors will be very busy in and around the viewing areas, with queuing and bag searching too. Please allow plenty of time to get to your viewing area. Please aim to arrive before 6pm and bring only a small bag for essential items or preferably NO bag at all.
What do I need to bring with me to get into the event?
Remember to bring valid photo ID if you bought the ticket(s). If you booked tickets for others, your group should come together, as you may be asked for ID for each ticket your name is printed on. We will be carrying out bag searches on the night so to help keep queues moving, and to ensure the safety and security of everyone attending, You should aim to arrive before 9pm and bring only a small bag for essential items or preferably NO bag.
Where do I enter the event?
Viewing area entrance has a specific arrival station. From these stations we will direct you to the entrance you chose when you booked your ticket. We will send you more details about your route to the event with your tickets. For a smooth experience into the event.
Will there be toilets?
Yes, there’ll be enough toilets for everyone at the event, including accessible toilets in each area. These will be signposted on the night.
Will there be food and drinks for sale?
Yes, food and drink will be available on the night, both from stalls in viewing areas. You’ll only be able to buy alcohol from Temporart licensed premises.
Can I bring my own food and drink (including alcohol)?
No… as this is new year Event. We provide Unlimited snacks, Food and Limited Drinks per ticket per person.
Is there a covered area if it rains?
No, there are no covered areas. Remember it is winter and the weather may be cold and changeable. Wrap up warm and be prepared for rain.
Is there first aid?
Yes. Ambulance will be at the event. Anyone needing medical help should go to a first aid point. Event stewards can show you to the nearest one. Only call 108 in the case of a serious emergency.
Will there be Wi-Fi in the ticketed area?
No. There won’t be Wi-Fi in the ticketed area.
Is CCTV in operation?
