Terms & Conditions*

1. One time entry using only one ticket. If a person exits, he/she have to buy another ticket.
2. No Outside Foods & Beverages are allowed inside the premises.
3. No weapons or any harmful objects allowed.
4. No Age Limit.
5. No refunds on purchased ticket are possible, even in case of any rescheduling.
6. Arrive at least 1 hour prior of the event time.
7. No bag packs or any other baggage allowed inside the venue.
8. Alcohol will be served to guests above the legal drinking age (LDA) and on display of valid age proof.
9. Organizers reserve the right to perform security checks on invitees/members of the audience at the entry point for security reasons. In-case anyone is found violating rules, will be asked to vacate or denied entry into the event despite holding a valid ticket WITHOUT any refund.
10. Organizers or any of its agents, officers and employees shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, theft, losses or cost suffered at or as a result of the event of any part of it.
11. Parking near or at the venue premises is at the risk of the vehicle owner. Organizer will not hold responsibility for any damage or theft of any vehicles within the stipulated parking premises of the venue.
12. Organizers are not responsible for any negative effects of food items or drinks consumed in the venue by guests; Sunburn encourages guests to drink responsibly and in moderation.
13. Consumption and sale of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
14. The organizers reserve the right without refund or other recourse, to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions including, if necessary, rejecting the holder/s of the ticket from the venue after they have entered the ground.
15. Strict checking will be done before entry. Guests need to provide full cooperation with the staff.

Possession sale and dealing in Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic substances attracts stringent punishments under the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic substances Act, 1985 which ranges from 6 months up to 20 years imprisonment and fine up to Rupees Two Lakhs.

COVID SAFETY GUIDELINES

• Owing to the recent conditions surrounding the COVID – 19 pandemic, as a pre-condition to gaining access to the venue (events and theatres) you are required to be fully vaccinated and may be required to display your COVID – 19 certificate at the venue as per the various norms /regulations prevailing in the said State. The venue provider and governing authorities reserve the right to exclude any user from the venue if there are sufficient grounds to believe so for failure to abide by the protocols. You agree to exit without protest or refund. Users are required to check the restrictions as applicable in their State
• Use of masks is mandatory at all times and the visitors are required to maintain social distancing norms. The venue and Paytm Insider reserve the right to change/modify the terms and conditions.
• Paytm Insider does not assume any responsibility with regards to any injury or complications due to COVID – 19 accrued as a result of your participation.
• The above guidelines are currently mandatory for Delhi/NCR, Maharashtra and Karnataka. These terms and conditions may vary depending on the state where the event is held and are subject to changes
