You'll learn how to make a classic graham cracker crust and a smooth and creamy cheesecake filling, as well as tips and tricks for perfect presentation.

About the Chef

Chef Alifiya Kothari is a graduate of the Lavonne Academy of Pastry Arts and is the current head pastry chef of Ovensay. Alifiya began her baking journey as a home baker where she found the love and passion for baking and further improved herself during lockdown. She took the opportunity to research and learn the science behind baking and decided to solidify her skills via professional certification and training.

In this baking class, you'll learn how to make a variety of delicious baked goods from scratch, including cookies, brownies, and cheesecake. But that's not all – we want to ensure that you leave the class with everything you need to continue your baking journey at home!

As a special gift, all attendees will receive both online and offline recipe books filled with all the recipes covered in the class, along with tips and tricks to help you master each one. The online recipe book will be emailed to you after the class, while the physical recipe book will be given to you on the day of the class.
