About the Event

Equally famous among rock climbers and trekkers, Irshalgad has crossed every person’s sight and mind if they have travelled between Lonavala and Panvel. Undoubtedly, one of the most beautiful treks in close proximity to Mumbai; it offers magnificent views form the top of the fort.


As you walk your way up to the fortress, it takes cover behind the clouds. The trek to the fort is dotted with view of Morbe dam and lush green meadows. Walking through the dense cloud and through a secluded village will make you feel like an explorer.


It’s a perfect weekend getaway for this monsoon.

Day1 (9th July 2017)
07:00AM – Meet @ Panvel Station
07:15AM – Reach base villge(Karja)
08:00AM – Breakfast
08:30AM – Start Trek
09:30AM – Halt at Irshalwadi, take blessings at temple and continue further
11:00AM – Touch the summit.
12:00PM – Lunch break
01:00PM – Start descending
03:30PM – Back to base village
04:00PM – Evening tea and snacks
04:45PM – Depart for Panvel
05:30PM – Reach Panvel station
