Trek to Takmak Fort

We believe trekking is a whole experience, not a one-day picnic and we will be crafting that experience in a structured way, so join with us to spend your precious hours trekking in the mountains. Time  Event

07:00 AM - Meeting point: Virar Railway Station.

08:00 AM - Reach the base village by private cab at our local host’s house and have a hot & healthy breakfast.

08:30 AM - Start the trek after the briefing, instruction, and an introductory game.

11:00 AM - Reach the top, explore the fort, and play some group games to connect with our new friends.

12:00 AM - Start descending towards the base village.

02:00 PM - Reach our local host’s house and have a local, delicious, and nutritious meal.

02:45 PM - Experience sharing sessions with all the participants (new friends).

03:30 PM - Leave for Mumbai with an amazing trekking experience, memories, and new friends.

Inclusions & Exclusions

Inclusions:

·     Professionally crafted experience

·     Travel to and fro Virar Railway Station

·     All entry fees and permits

·     Meals - Breakfast & Lunch

·     First-aid kit

·     Expert guided trek

Exclusions:

·     Other purchases made on the way

·     All personal expenses

·     Unexpected expenses incurred due to unforeseen situations such as medical emergencies or natural calamities

·     Anything not mentioned in the inclusions

·     Trek is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any accidents or reimbursement of any form.

Things to Carry

·     Wear comfortable trekking shoes and trekking pant

·     2 liters of water to stay hydrated

·     Sunscreen, Mosquito repellent

·     Towel/ napkin and extra pair of clothes.

·     Dry snacks, energy bars, etc.

·     Sandals/ chappal/ flip flop

·     Cap

·     Windcheater/Poncho

·     Personal medication if any

Note:

You have to carry only the necessary things as you must carry the bag while trekking. Wear clothes keeping trek and monsoon in mind. Do not wear heavy clothes.
