About the Event
Dear Parents
Get ready for a night your little ones will never forget! We’re hosting a spooktacular evening full of fun, games, and treats just for the kids. It’s going to be a frightfully good time with plenty to eat, games to play, and music to get them moving!
Here’s what your child can look forward to:
• Exciting on-the-spot and group games led by the engaging Preethi Alexander
• Fun dance lessons from choreographer Debo
• Game stalls with amazing prizes to be won
• Delicious spooky treats like Spider Floss and more!
And of course, every child will go home with a goodie bag—whether they’ve been naughty or nice—plus a box of delicious treats to enjoy!
Enter if you dare—but be warned, your kids are in for a lot of fun!
Price: inclusive of Goodie Bag, Food Box, Welcome Drink.

- All attendees must carry a valid ticket or confirmation for entry to the event.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The accompanying adult will be responsible for the child's safety and behavior during the event.
- Parking is located 100 meters away from the venue. We recommend arriving early to find a suitable parking space.
- The venue is not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of property in the parking area. Please ensure your vehicle is locked and valuables are kept secure.
- Attendees are required to walk to the venue from the parking area. Please ensure children are supervised during this walk.
- Safety and Supervision
- Parents/guardians are required to supervise their children at all times during the event. The venue will not be liable for any accidents or incidents that occur due to lack of supervision.
- Please adhere to all safety guidelines provided by the venue staff. Any hazardous behavior or actions that put others at risk may result in removal from the event.
- Prohibited Items
- No sharp objects, dangerous items, or substances are allowed within the venue.
- The use of tobacco, alcohol, or other intoxicants is strictly prohibited during the children's event.
- Parents/guardians are encouraged to bring necessary personal hygiene items for children (e.g., hand sanitizer, tissues).
- Attendees displaying symptoms of illness may be asked to leave the event for the safety of others.
- By attending the event, you agree that photographs or videos taken during the event may be used for promotional purposes by the venue.
- If you do not wish to be included in such media, please inform the venue staff in advance.
- The venue is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage that occurs during the event, except where caused by negligence on the part of the venue.
- Parents/guardians will be held responsible for any damage caused by their children to venue property.
- Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the venue.
- In case of cancellation, the venue will notify ticket holders via email or phone with details on how refunds will be processed.
- The event will proceed as planned in most weather conditions. However, in case of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, the venue reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event.
