1. Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.  

2. An Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment.  

3. This offer is only valid for the given event date and timings.  

4. Please do not purchase tickets if you feel sick.  

5. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.  

6. Rights of admission reserved.  

7. Kids Fun Zoo reserves the right to limit admission if capacity is reached.  

8. This event is only for kids, and no adults will be allowed to participate in the event activities. Kids below the age of 14 can enjoy all activities.  

9. Children must always be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and parents/guardians must remain on the premises at all times.  

10. All patrons (children and adults) must wear socks within the playzone for hygiene and safety purposes.  

11. The ticket does not guarantee access to the premises outside of the event hours.  

12. Kids Fun Zoo staff may ask anyone not following safety rules to leave without a refund.  

13. The management is not responsible for any injuries caused by misuse of equipment or failure to follow the rules. Damages to equipment could incur additional charges.  

14. Aggressive, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the playzone without a refund.

15. Socks are compulsory
