Experimenting with clay for relaxation and gaining confidence in their skills. In each class, we will focus on a handful of (Coiling/Slab Building/Pinching) and create a variety of artwork. The class is semi-choice-based and will be up to the child what they want to create; we will focus on 1-3 works per 2-hour session. 1st hour is dedicated to making the artwork, the 2nd hour is dedicated to finishing and glazing artwork. The final class will focus on finishing all artwork created during the session.

After pieces are bisque fired students will have 1 variety of glazed piece to decorate their creations. All glazes are food safe. Class fee includes clay, glaze, tools, and all firings. Class minimum 3. 

Workshop duration: 2 hours.

This option is kid-friendly and suitable for 6+years old and above.

What to expect:

Hand building 2h: Learn different techniques (Coiling/Slab Building/Pinching) to sculpt your own hand build pieces - Make Bowl/Cup/Saucer.
