Kahanikaar: A Storytelling Workshop with Vijay Kakwani.

ABOUT VIJAY KAKWANI:

From a photocopier serviceman to a highly awarded storyteller – Vijay is an inspiring

individual who fearlessly pursued his storytelling passion at the age of 40, and even

transformed it into a profession after an extremely successful 23-year corporate career. His

last assignment was as a Senior Vice President with D-Neg, the organization known for it’s

work on movies like Interstellar, Ex-Machina, Gravity, Tenet and many more. Below are

some of his achievements:

 2022 - National Jury for Amazon Kindle's Prestigious Pen to Publish contest

 2019 - Platinum Winner of Storytelling at I.F.P

 2019 & 2020 – The only author to win first prize two years in a row at India’s Largest

Writing Contest - Amazon Kindle Pen to Publish

 2019 - Winner at Tata Litfest

 His name can be found in the credits of movies and shows like Mimi, Legends of

Hanuman, Chaar Sahibzaade – 2,100% Wolf and more.

 Has featured on prominent platforms like MTV, Ministry of Culture, Josh Talks, Big

FM, IIT, etc.

 Has conducted Fiction Storytelling Workshops for many organizations – Sony

Pictures and IFP (Asia’s largest content fest) to name a few.
