Ahoy Anglers!!

After eight years of running over 40 land fishing camps at multiple locations, we are super excited to announce that our fifth sea fishing camp is heading to the Shrivardhan reef, and we would like you to join us.

This fishing camp is a part of our recreational sports banner where we teach angling as catch and release activity. Angling is practiced worldwide and has various attributes such as competition, challenge, education, recreation and entertainment. We will be conducting this camp at a location, which we feel is safe to enjoy the sport.

Itinerary:

April 03rd -

Bus starts from NIBM Road at 10:30 pm.

Our private bus will be doing the pick ups and we have to be out of Pune by 12:30 am

April 04th-

Reach Shirivardhan at 6:30 am, have tea and head to the coast (walkable distance). Briefing, Session on introduction to the equipment and personal safety while fishing. This will be our first round of fishing.

7:00 am - 10:00 am - Fishing with angling experts, all fishing tackle gear will be provided.

Return from fishing at 10:30 am - Have breakfast and rest.

We will be staying in a coastal Maharastrian home with pleasant surrounding mostly which is of coconut and arecanut tree plantations.

Afternoon time will be mostly spent indoors where we will be practicing some knots and rigs for you to get familiar with the sport.

Post lunch we will be heading to another fishing location near the beach and fishing till 6:30 pm. This will be the second round of fishing.

Return to the homestay and relax.

Dinner at 8:30 pm - End of day.

April 05th - Wake up call at 5:30 am

Fishing in the early morning till 9:30 am

Duration: After the overnight journey - 2 days 1 night stay.

Activity time: up to 3 hours each round of fishing - 3 such rounds.

2 beach casting and 1 fishing from boats.

Cost per participant

Non Veg: Rs 4800/-

Veg: 4500/-

Along with equipment rental, expertise and guidance.

Things to carry:

Please wear non-bulky full body clothing like track pants, pullovers or light weight jackets preferably light colored

Good hiking or sports shoes

Bait rag (A rough hand towel)

Munchies and personal snacks

Binoculars (optional)

One water bottle (compulsory - you can fill your bottle from our mineral water dispensers)

IMPORTANT:

Please take care of all your belongings.

Notify us immediately in case of any medical emergency.

We do not provide alcohol or alcoholic beverages and do not encourage anyone to carry any during the course of the trip.

Any one found under the influence of alcohol, drugs or narcotics will be requested to leave the trip immediately, without any refund.

Angling or recreational fishing is purely for nature lovers and not for party groups; we respect nature and do our best to keep our environment clean and avoid carrying plastic. We will provide you with trash bags to dispose any litter. Please do not litter the river and the camp.
