About the trip

• Meeting point will be Delhi.
• The trip starts after boarding the AC Coach from Delhi nodal point and reach Manali the next morning.
• You will take a test ride to Solang valley and will leave with your bikes for Leh the very next day.
• These 12 days will leave you in awe of the beauty of this place and will keep you coming back.

• Day 1 - Overnight From Delhi to Manali

Arrival in Delhi and meet at your boarding point for the overnight bus journey from Delhi to Manali.

• Day 2 - Manali arrival | Solang Valley

After arriving in Manali, you will meet our representative

Get transferred to the hotel and rest for a while

In the afternoon you will be introduced to the bikes and you can take a test ride by visiting the famous Solang Valley

You will get your orientation, and then, can enjoy activities like paragliding, quad biking, and ropeways

On your way back, visit the Vashisht temple famous for natural hot springs

The evening is free for you to explore Manali's markets

• Day 3 - Riding from Manali to Jispa 

After breakfast in the morning, check your bikes and start riding towards the beautiful Rohtang Pass

After passing Gulaba, Marhi, Khoksar, you will cross into the untouched Lahaul Valley

Gaze at stars in the night with your dinner

• Day 4 - Jispa to Sarchu 

Wake up and have your breakfast.

Do a bike check before beginning the ride for the day

As you ride towards Sarchu, your next stop, you will pass many picturesque places like Darcha, Baralacha La, and Zing Zing bar

You will reach Sarchu late in the evening

Dinner and overnight at Sarchu

• Day 5 - Riding to Leh – Sarchu to Leh 

After breakfast, do a bike check and begin the ride towards Leh; you will see many transformations happening in the landscape around you

Stop at Nakee La, Lachung La, and Gata loops for some of the best pictures

After crossing Pang and Rumtse, we will finally arrive in Leh by the evening

Check in to the hotel and spend the evening at your leisure

Dinner and overnight in Leh

• Day 6 - Sham Valley Excursion

After breakfast this morning, you will check the bikes before heading to the famous Sham Valley near Leh

This excursion will cover spots like Ladakh Hall of Fame, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib and Confluence of Indus and Zanskar

You will also be riding up to the Magnetic Hill, and witness vehicles moving forward even when in neutral gear

Overnight stay and dinner in Leh

• Day 7 - Riding to Nubra Valley via Khardung La (Leh to Nubra Valley)

Get an early breakfast and get briefed about the day's ride to Nubra Valley

Do a thorough bike check as you will be riding on the world's highest civilian motorable pass, Khardung La

You will ride up to Diskit Monastery for an unending view of the Nubra Valley

You will then head to the White Sand Dunes of Hundar, and get a double-humped camel ride

• Day 8 - Riding to Pangong along Shyok 

After a breakfast in the morning, the tour leader will brief about the day's ride

Post this and a bike check, you will start riding along the river Shyok

You will reach Pangong in the evening and check into your camps

• Day 9 – Tangste - Leh 

In the morning, get set for yet another journey exhilarating ride as you head back to Leh, via Chang La pass (the third highest mountain pass in the world) and Choglamsar. En route, stop at the famous Druk White Lotus School, featured in the blockbuster Bollywood movie ‘3 Idiots’ and Shanti Stupa, a beautiful white-domed Buddhist stupa surrounded by a stunning scenery of vast mountains. If time permits, you can even visit Magnetic Hill, War Memorial, and Gurudwara Pathar Sahib. Overnight stay will be provided in Leh.

• Day 10 – Leh - Sarchu 

Leave for Leh, after enjoying the breakfast. Cross the high passes like Nakee La, Lachung La, and Tanglang La. Say goodbye to the beauty of Ladakh and ride along the curvy roads to Himachal Pradesh. Reach Sarchu and stay for the night.

• Day 11 - Going back to Manali – Sarchu to Manali 

You will start riding back to Manali after your breakfast

You reach Manali in the afternoon and hand over the bikes to our representative

Spend the evening at your leisure before getting transferred to the bus boarding point

Overnight in bus

• Day 12 - Arrival in Delhi 

In the morning, you will arrive in Delhi.

Ticket inclusions

• 350cc Royal Enfield motorbike for Single riders and Double riders with fuel from day 02 to day 11.
• Breakfast and Lunch from Day 2 to Day 11.
• Standard size Helmet for rider and pillion ride (Used Helmet not new) from day 02 to day 11.
• Tour Leader on his own bike from day 02 to day 11.
• One Motorbike Mechanic from day 02 to day 11.
• Environmental & Permit fee for Pangong and Nubra.
• AC Semi sleeper tickets from Delhi to Manali and return, depending on the variant selected.
• 01 backup vehicle to carry luggage and mechanic from day 02 to day 11.
• First aid box and oxygen cylinder.
• Spares parts change in Bike during the tour. –Front tube/ Rear tube/Spark plug/Clutch and Brake Wire/Clutch and Disc brake pads/ Engine oil/Clutch Plate.
• Participation certificate.
• Bonfire with music whenever possible.

Exclusions

1. Personal expenses like Telephone, Laundry, Tips and Table Drinks etc.
2. Any type of insurance-Medical, Accidental, theft
3. Any Airfare / Rail fare other than what in mentioned in “Inclusions”
4. Airport, Railway station or Bus stop pick up or drop
5. Cost of any spare part which will be used due to the accidental damage incurred when the motorbike is in rider’s possession.
6. Cost incurred to transfer or tow the motorbike in case it is dropped on the way.
7. Vehicle servicing or maintenance cost
8. Any lunch and other meals not mentioned in package inclusions
9. Security deposit per motorbike of Rs. 10,000/- . As per the deposit policy (This is refundable at the end of the trip if there is no damage or spare parts used.)
10. Parking and monument entry fees during sightseeing.
11. Any cost incurred due to extension, change of itinerary due to natural calamities, road, blocks, vehicle breakdown, union issues and factors beyond our control
12. Additional accommodation / food cost incurred due to any delay
13. Riding Gears for rider which can be hired (Knee pads and Elbow guards – Charges to be given after arrival.
14. Extra luggage other than allowed one 60 liters of rucksack/backpack shall be charged at Rs. 250 per day/10 kg

Additional information:

Terms and Conditions 

• The check-in time is 12 noon/early check-in subject to availability of the room.
• We require a minimum strength of 6 riders to operate one group. We have the right to cancel the group if we do not get minimum strength of riders in any group.
• If there are any additional expenses due to bad weather or any other reason beyond the control of the tour operator on account of a hotel stay, transportation, and meals etc. extra bill will be raised. Neither the Hotel nor Let’s Meet up Tours will be responsible for the additional expenses.
• Let’s Meet up Tours is not responsible for any change in itinerary due to reasons beyond our control like change in flight and train schedule, cancellation of flights/trains, political disturbances, natural phenomenon, etc
• If any group member wants to leave group in-between the tour then he/she has to pay the cost for transportation of bike from point of leaving the tour till Manali drop
• Group members would have to get own *Riding Gears. Wearing a helmet, carrying a valid ID proof & Driving license is mandatory.
• All guests will be responsible for the safety and security of their own luggage. We will not be at all responsible for the damage/missing / lost luggage. So carry a small daypack bags to carry all expensive things with you.
• Compensation for any damage/accident done by you during the tour to other property/person would be directly payable by you.

Riding Gears:-

Riding Jacket, Chest & Back Guard, Knee & Arm Guard, Balaclava, Riding Pants & Boots and Riding Gloves.

Important Note : (We will run the departures subject to having a minimum group strength of 6 to 8 riders in each batch. We have the right to cancel the departure due to insufficient members in the batches. In such a situation, guests are eligible for a full refund . )

Foreign Nationals have to pay separately for the permits for Khardungla and Pangong Tso. Basic First Aid Kit. It’s advised that one should bring his/her own medicines which are known and suitable to him. Tour Leader/Guide to managing the group by taking all safety measures. The group has to follow him to make the tour a success.

We provide well experienced and skilled Royal Enfield Mechanic with spare parts and tools. They are well trained to handle large groups. The spares used on the way will be chargeable. Backing vehicle – a 4 wheel drive (Xylo/Innova/tempo) for mechanical and medical support. In a case of an emergency if, any rider is feeling uneasy then he can sit in it and the mechanic will ride the bike. Only one rucksack/backpack of 60 litres will be adjusted as it will be having tools and spares too.

Cancellation Policy

• If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellations are made within 0-30 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.
• Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.
• If cancellations are made 60 days before the start date of the trip, 10% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
