About the session :

The art of communication is the language of leadership. Communication allows kids to express themselves better, and it nurtures their imagination. This communication skills course is a compilation of different scenarios and how children react to each situation. They will also learn the basics of emotions, which will help boost their confidence.

Class Schedule

Day 1 - Understand the basics of communication!

In this first session, kids will learn the basics of communication and its need in day-to-day life.

Day 2 - Non-Verbal gestures in communication

In this second session, kids will learn about body language and will be able to express themselves more effectively.

Day 3 - Time to understand emotions - Happy, Sad, Excited, Scared

In this session, kids will learn to express themselves more appropriately by understanding different emotions - Happy, Sad, Excited, and Scared.

Day 4 - Time to understand emotions - Anger, Surprise, Disappointment, Confusion

In this session, kids will learn to express themselves more appropriately by understanding different emotions - Anger, Surprise, Disappointment, and Confusion.

Day 5 - Practicing presentation skills!

In this session, kids will learn about presentation skills. They will share their thoughts by talking about the best days of their lives.

Day 6 - Can you describe your favourite food?

In this session, kids will learn about better communication. They will share their thoughts by describing their favourite food.

Day 7 - Building confidence with self-introduction!

Communication begins with self-introduction. In this session, kids will learn to introduce themselves in front of a group and start a healthy conversation.

Day 8 - Time for roleplay!

In this last session, kids will enjoy an hour of roleplay. Roleplay allows kids to think better and appropriately express themselves.

About Teacher :

Pragya Pathak is a certified professional educator with a B.Ed. degree from Delhi University with several years of experience. She expertise in strong verbal and written communication, effective time management and presentation skills.
