Musings on the topic:

~ I often am complaining about life and where I am at a particular point. The complaints don't help me at all, rather create health issues and stress. Can I do something to be at a better place or choose better.

~ It seems like, life is cruel for putting me in difficult circumstances or giving me difficult relationship. Is there a decision I made because of which, I am where I AM? What can I do to not end up here again?

~ How should I choose my paths or take decisions in life?

About the Circle: The circles give us the time to slow down & look at our lives and beliefs. If we feel comfortable we can share our own experiences or we can just come to listen. It is an unburdening experience as we are often able to see things in a new light.
