QR CODE ON YOUR E-TICKET IS UNIQUE. DO NOT SHARE THE QR CODE.

PLEASE SHOW IT ON THE BOX OFFICE AND COLLECT THE WRISTBANDS AGAINST IT.

Gates open at 4 pm and Music starts at 5 pm. Music shuts at 10.00 pm

One ticket admits only one person and will be exchanged for wristbands at the gate.

Wristbands are non-transferable and must be worn at all times. If the band is damaged or misplaced then the replacement band will not be issued

No outside food and beverage, bag packs, handbags, and other baggage allowed inside the venue. There is NO storage facility available at the event.

Kids under the age of 10 years can enter the event without purchasing a ticket but should be accompanied by a Guardian or Parent

Alcohol will not be served to a person below the legal drinking age. A person with a legal drinking age will be provided an additional wristband for the consumption of alcohol. A valid ID will need to be presented to get the band. Underage drinking is not allowed.

Re-entry to the event is not allowed in any case

Artist line-up and billed attractions may be subject to change.

Carrying and consumption of banned substances will not be allowed. Consumption and possession of narcotics will lead to eviction from the event and will be handed over to the authorities

No dangerous, potentially hazardous objects, including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, lesser devices, or bottles will be allowed into the venue

Food liability claims will not be entertained

Basic first aid facilities will be provided during the event. Organizers are not responsible for any unforeseen problems arising

Parking near or at the venue premises is at the risk of the vehicle owner. The organizer will not hold responsibility for any damage or theft of any vehicles within the stipulated parking premises of the venue.

By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser consents to be filmed and round recorded for TV, Video DVD, Webcast, and other public broadcasts as part of the audience. This also hereby grants part of the recording of the holder's appearance on a channel for broadcast till perpetuity on any and all media globally and for advertising publicity and promotions held thereto

At all times patrons are responsible for their own personal properties. Organizers are not responsible for any injury, damage, losses, theft, or cost incurred at or as a result of the event.

Outside liquid, alcohol, and food & Cigarette will not be permitted

The event is subject to Force Majeure. The organizers will not be responsible for any cancellations or refunds, changes in artist line-up, Natural Calamities (like rains, earthquakes), or postponement.

It is mandatory to follow all govt rules and regulations to prevent the spread of Covid – 19. Strict checking will be done before entry. Guests need to provide full cooperation with the staff.

Any claims that may arise due to gross negligence would be settled exclusively in Nashik Jurisdiction only.
