Kolambiche sukke (Prawns chilli fry): Fresh prawns made in a fragrant herb and coconut based sauce.

Tallele mase (Fried Fish): A simple old fish recipe where the fish is not overpowered by spices but coated with bare minimum so as to bring out the delicate primary flavor of fish.

Amti (Curry) : A roasted coconut based curry to be had with rice.

Matkichi usal (Sprouts made in coconut and Malwani : masala sprouts with onions and coconut.

Tandalachi Bhakri (Roti made with boiled rice flour)

Sol Kadhi: a delectable preparation made with coconut milk , kokum, and a hint of green chilli. A tasty and delicious way to digest all of the above.
