The second edition of The Thali Tradition will take place at DSSC Bhavan ⁠— a home where #OurCity can celebrate the authentic, explore the local, and revel in the vibrancy of India. The DSSC Bhavan will be popping-up only for this 3-day festival and will bring to you 6 regional cuisines as part of The Thali Tradition.

On Saturday, November 2 at 1:30 PM, Chef Ritu Dalmia will present the Marwari Thali with support from our Cuisine Specialist, Ms. Abhilasha Jain.

About the Chef

The hands, heart, and brains of DIVA restaurants, Chef Ritu Dalmia is a force to reckon with. Her heart may belong in Italy but her soul finds roots in her ancestral Marwari home in Calcutta.

She is the undisputed Queen of authentic Italian cuisine, but over the years, her knowledge on Marwari bhojan has found renewed focus. Counting 'Pak Pranali' as her culinary bible, her craft often finds inspiration in and a gravitational pull to where it all started ⁠— her roots, her heritage.
