• Entry Permitted to Patrons 21 of age or above only.

• Open Pack of cigarettes are not allowed to the party.

• No open slippers or shorts allowed at the party.

• Mandatory cover charges applicable upon entry post 5:30PM to the party.

-> Please carry a valid 21 or above ID proof along with you. Underage drinking is prohibited at the event. 

-> We maintain a Zero-tolerance policy for drug use and violations will not be tolerated. Abuse/use/possession of prohibited substances or Drugs is a legal offence and if found you will be reported to the police/legal authorities without any justification. 

-> No refunds on purchased tickets are possible, even in case of any rescheduling or event cancellation. 

-> The sponsors/performers/organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event. Any claims regarding the same would be settled in courts in Bengaluru. 

-> People in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry.

-> Organizers hold the right to deny late entry to the event.

-> Venue rules apply : Photography and videography may be conducted during the event. By attending, guests consent to the use of their likeness for promotional purpose.

-> Behaviour Expectations :Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards others and comply with all instructions from event staff. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the premises without refund. Ensure to maintain boundaries while you share and spread your love. 

-> SoMAD or the venue will not be liable for any misplaced items. Kindly check in the designated lost and found area.

Workshops at the event will first and foremost be for those that have purchased the tickets for said workshop. Additionally will be on a first come first serve basis.

-> Security procedures, including frisking, remain the right of the management. 

No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, musical instruments will be allowed in the venue and may be removed with or without the owner from the venue.
