The Company provides the Services to the User subject to the Terms.

1. Ticket price including TAX and Excluding Booking platform fees.

2. This Ticket price is excluding Food & Bevarage.

3. The primary ticket/pass holder (name mentioned on it) should be present along with the ID proof to gain entry into the venue, failure to produce an ID proof will result in denial of entry to the venue

4. Outside Food not allowed.

5. This ticket price doesn't include stay, management will provide you space to put and fix user's own tent. (BYOT- BRING YOUR OWN TENT).

6. The Company and Organisers reserve the rights of frisk and restrict entry.

7. The Company and the organisers do not take responsibility for the loss or theft of any personal belongings at the event venue or on the way of reaching event venue.

8. In case any tickets/passes are found to be tampered, the organisers reserve the right to refuse entry. Tampering of tickets/passes will strictly not be tolerated.

9. To avoid inconvenience, please reach the venue 2-3 hours prior to entry time.

10. If the event is cancelled or postponed by the Organiser for whatever reason, the Company will attempt to refund the amount as per the policy of the organizer.

11. Tickets non refundable and non-transferable.

12. In case of any *Event Cancellations/Event Postpone, full refunds will be initiated or a new date for the event will be announced only upon on the organizer's confirmation (conditions varies)

13. In case of Event Cancellation/postpone, third party booking platform fees will not be refunded.

14. The user will follow the rules and regulations of the event management company at the venue.

15. Narcotic Substances strictly prohibited inside the venue.

16. Digital Copy of Event pass is valid.

17. Collection of Tax Receipt from Registration Box Office Counter at Venue after showing valid ticket.

18. Age Restriction - 18+
