Immerse yourself in the fluidity of this flexibility-based class designed to enhance your well-being both on and off the mat. This workshop aims to cultivate confidence, liberation, and joy in your movements. By creating space in your backbends and hip openings, you can alleviate physical and mental stress, allowing energy to flow freely and facilitating comprehensive healing throughout your entire body. 

You will learn various asanas, including wheel pose, splits, and advanced backbends, with a focus on precise technique and meticulous attention to detail. 

To conclude the workshop, a guided water meditation will be conducted, tapping into our innate creative energy. Recognizing our composition as predominantly water, this meditation encourages us to embrace the natural rhythms and cycles of life, accepting impermanence and change. We will also serve some gourmet tea during the closing circle.
