Rice made of Mysore (white) brinjal and prepared with spices, curry leaves and other local ingredients

Rice made with tamarind and spices. This one is a favourite amongst all age groups for it's tangy and spicy nature. Saru is the mysore style rasam which is very different from what you've had before

Roasted peanuts with raw onion and carrot. Goes well with everything on the plate
