About the Event

Wandering Souls + CrossFit Myden bring you one-of-a-kind experience! Introducing Neon Glow Fitness Party- a fun, fitness experience with neon lights, glow colours and music. Dig out your neon or white shirts and funky color shoes for this incredible party!!

Get a little funky and have a lot of fun with a twist to your fitness regime. This event will happen in a dark room, the only light being your face/body paint, glow necklaces, bracelets and anklets wherever you choose to place them. Set to techno and dance music we will add some movement to our postures. We might just move the mats after the session and dance the rest of the night away!
