NEW YEAR CAMPING @ PAWNA - SEASON 2

We bring you a chance to experience Pawna Camping. Enjoy spending overnight beside a bonfire and Pawna Lake. Yes! You can dance and sing a song! Play free activities such as badminton, dart game and more. You don’t have to carry camping gear or food. We provide Snacks, Live BBQ, Unlimited Dinner and Breakfast on specific time from 4 pm check-in to next day 11 am checkout. Inside the tent, you will get a mattress, bed-sheet, pillow and one blanket per person.

Itinerary :

Day 1:

4:30 pm: Reach campsite on your own travel (bike/car).

5:30 pm: Evening snacks and hot tea will be served once you freshen up. One has to carry bags and belongings to the tents pitched at the lakeside campground. Once you are settled, it's up to you how much you can enjoy nature and activities.

7:30 pm: Enjoy BBQ Veg or Non-Veg (limited)

8:00 pm - 12:00 am Dj music and Games Party time with much more fun activities and dinner.

12 am - New start with amazing fire show lakeside

Day 2:

6:30 am: Hangover wake-up call

7:00 am: Awesome sunrise view

8:00 am: Morning tea is just because it's a chilled morning

9:00 am: Hot breakfast will be waiting for you

10:30 am: Bye. With loads of memories and pictures!

How is tent arrangement?

You will get separate 2 people, 3 people or 4 person tents according to your choice and availability. You don’t have to share a tent with an unknown person. Foam Bed, bed-sheet, pillow and blanket will be provided in the tent. (We don’t provide sleeping bags for hygiene purpose)

How to reach campsite?

If you are travelling with your own vehicle, Drive directly to the campsite, GPS location would be shared on WhatsApp post-booking. Private parking space is available.

EXCLUDES:

• Travelling 
• Any kind of insurance.
• Anything not mentioned in inclusive 
• Any kind of personal expenses.
• All expenses incurred due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances like roadblocks, bad weather.

Terms & Condition :

• Jain food available as per requirement
• If the event got cancelled your full amount will be refunded.
• Due to any Natural or Uncertain things happen on the event day & it got cancelled, organisers are not responsible for any type of claim.
• Take care of your belongings, Organisers are not responsible for any loss of belongings. 
• We are not sale or encourage to intake any kind of alcohol/Narcotics, if you wish carry by own also buy 10 rs 1-day Permit from liquor shop with valid purchase invoice handy at forest check-point & intimate team while registration about your carrying alcohol.
• If anyone found disturb others privacy she/he can boycott from the campsite immediately. No argument accepted request to enjoy the venue & do not disturb others privacy.
• It's outdoor camping, not leisure tour/event prepare your mind for the same.
• Evolve as a wanderer and enjoy the event.
• Couple tent available on advanced booking, last moment adjustment not provided.
• Post 18.45 pm nobody will allow entering in water.
• It is mandated that wears a Life jacket for any water activity nobody will allow doing the activity without it.
