Last night, First Day Camping on the beautiful Beach. Celebrating the last night first day of the New Year Eve far on a Beach with gazing stars up in the sky, cold breeze touching your cheeks, peace in mind, playing jokes around, singing around the bonfire, etc. Isn’t this wonderful! About the place:

Nagaon Beach is a clean, deserted and peaceful beach, perfect for swimming, sunbathing and camping. The clear water and pristine sand of the beach set the perfect mood for relaxation. And if in case you feel like doing more, then you can have fun with some water sports, play beach volleyball or frisbee. In the night, you can see the starry sky, light up a bonfire and just chill out with your fellow campers.

HOW TO REACH CAMPSITE:

From Mumbai: You can catch a ferry boat from Gateway of India to Mandwa jetty. From Mandwa jetty a bus will take you to Alibaug (bus fare is included in your ferry ticket).From Alibaug you can catch a rickshaw directly to the campsite. 

From Pune: You can catch a bus directly to Alibaug. From Alibaug you can catch a rickshaw directly to the

campsite.

For people travelling via their private vehicle a google location will be shared in their confirmation Email & WhatsApp. This can be used to navigate to the campsite.

New Year Beach Camping Itinerary :

Day 1

• Option 1:( Only to those who have booked with Transportation).
• Meeting Point: Pritam Hotel (Dadar)
• Meeting Time: 11:00 Am: (only for the participants who have registered with transportation tickets.)
• 11:30 Am: we get into our private vehicle and begin the journey towards the campsite. (Travel  games would bond people together.)
• 04:00 Pm: We get to hear the waves as we get the first glance of the campsite and the beach.

Option 2:( People who have booked without transportation)

• 04:00 Pm: Reach the campsite.
• 04:30 Pm: Garma Garam nasta time.
• 05:00 Pm: Icebreaker round. Settle down and enjoy the sun setting from the Campsite. The  place is all-time best for nature photography. You may enjoy indoor games such as carrom,  badminton, volleyball or one can just relax and unwind on hammocks until sunset
• 07:00 Pm: Rock – & – Roll. (Beat pe booty time. Get your feet moving as the DJ sets the beat)
• 08:00 Pm: Fill in your tummies with the hot starters rolling around.
• 10:00 Pm: Appetizing Dinner will be ready.
• 11:59 Pm: What are you waiting for? Get ready with your gang to celebrate the new year.
• 12:00 Am: Bingo!!! Fire Crackers bursting in the open sky as we wish each other the happiest &  a prosperous new year.
• 12:15 Am: The Gig Gang will take charge to please you all with their soulful songs.
• 01:30 Am: get into the tents or just sit around the bonfire with your gang.
• End of the day.

Day 2

• 09:00 am: Wakey wake up!! It’s time to take a walk on the beach till be set a healthy breakfast for you.

• 10:00am: Grab the breakfast. Chai chai garam chai time.

• 11:00 am: the saddest part would be leaving the campsite and the beach behind. But we take back the memories created and captured.

• 03:00 pm: Reach back to the pickup point. Time for a healthy-wealthy GOODBYE. (only for participants with transportation tickets.)

Things To Carry:

• Identity proof (Must)
• Extra pair of clothes.
• Camera (on your own risk)
• Some ready to eat food - Plum cakes, Biscuits etc.
• Personal Care Medicine those which you require usually.
• Toiletries (towel, toothbrush. toothpaste etc.)
• Warm clothes.
• Please avoid wearing Gold and other ornaments.
• Carrying sanitizers, gloves, face shield and mask is compulsory.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

1. If cancellation are made 15 days before the date of travel then 30.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
2. If cancellation are made 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
3. If cancellation are made 0 days to 7 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
4. No show No Refund.
5. Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another person against cancellation.
6. If the event gets canceled by Liveb4youdie team we will refund “Camp Amount” only.
7. If the event is canceled due to any natural calamity, political unrest or other such reasons beyond our control the same cancellation policy will apply.
