• Do not disturb the wildlife and other elements in the forest and the nearby areas.

• Pick up and drop from Railway or Bus station Ambikapur will be provided only if PRE-BOOKED. Tour Type

This activity can be availed as a private or group tour.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

• The customer will receive a confirmation voucher via email & whatsapp within 24 hours of successful booking.

• In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via connunication.

• Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund* will be allotted.

• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases we will try to provide best alternate feasible. However any type of refund will not be applicable for the same.

• Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.

REFUND POLICY***

• Refund only be initiated a same day of bookings with no cancellations charges . cancellation only available 7Days prior the event Cancellation charges .There will be no refund 3 days before the event or at the spot on the same day.

• The applicable refund amount will be tried to processed within 15 business days. • Decision of the Company will be full and final if any/many terms are neglected/ ignored
