Join us this monsoon season, to experience Andhra pradesh in it's peak beauty. There are several other attractions in and near the village that allure visitors, the most special being the ancient, magnificent Gandikota fort that sits majestically on top of the gorge. Apart from the unmatched beauty of the gorge, the mystical charm of this fort makes a visit to this village all the more exciting for history lovers and adventure seekers. The Belum Caves is the largest and longest cave system open to the public on the Indian subcontinent, known for its speleothems, such as stalactite and stalagmite formations.

⚠️ Booking closes once seats are sold out, book well in advance to avoid missing out on the slots. Later train tickets won't be available. Ideally, you need to book 1 month in advance for the train. Or depend on Tatkal train tickets or waiting list train tickets.

Meeting Point: Tadipatri Train station at 10:00am

Two Days prior to the event date and time, we will be creating a WhatsApp group for coordination purposes. Exact GPS locations for each pickup point, coordinator contact, Live location of bus, etc will be shared in the group.

Day 0 -

Board Train for Gandikota (MAS FESTIVAL SPL) from Lokmanya Tilak Terminus,

18.45 – LTT, 19.05 – Thane, 19.25 – Kalyan, and 22:00 - Pune ( Pune Participant can join us from here )

Day 1 :

• 09.00 am - Breakfast in the Train
• 10.00 am - Reach Tadipatri Station
• 10.15 am - Start our journey for Gandikota (2-hour journey ) en-route visit temples.
• 12.15 pm – Reach Hotel and Freshen up
• 01.30 pm – Lunch - Veg & Non
• 02.30 pm – Explore Gandikota fort and Historical Monuments (5 mins walking from Hotel)
• 05.00 pm – Sunset view from Ranganatha Swamy Temple
• 07.00 pm – Come back to the hotel
• 08.00 pm – Dinner – Veg & Non-Veg
• 10.00 pm – Play games, share stories and enjoy a fun time with the group
• 11.00 pm – Off to bed

Day 2:

• 08.00 am – Wake up
• 09.00 am – Breakfast
• 10.00 am – Leave For Belum caves
• 11.00 am - Explore Belum Caves
• 01.00 pm- Come out of the caves and explore the surroundings
• 02.00 pm – Leave for Oak Reservior for Lunch
• 02.30 pm – Lunch at River View Restaurant
• 03.30 pm – Leisure Time at the Lake (Boating option available)
• 04.30 pm – Start return journey towards the Tadipatri
• 05.30 pm – Explore few temples in Tadipatri
• 07.30 pm - Board MAS CSMT EXP (01460) from Tadipatri Station
• 10.00 pm – Overnight Journey in the train

Day 3:

• 09:00 am – Reach Pune
• 10:47 am – Reach Kalyan
• 11:22 am – Thane
• 11:52 am – Dadar

• Train Travelling Mumbai to Mumbai in Non A/C Sleeper Coaches (If opted for)

Things to carry for Gandikota and Belum Caves Tour

1. Identity proof.
2. Water (minimum 1 Ltrs) Compulsory.
3. Cap, sunglasses, scarf, extra clothes and toiletries.
4. Bedsheet/Sleeping bag for train travel.
5. Keep your phone fully charged.
6. Mosquito repellent (optional)
7. Some ready-to-eat food like biscuits, plum cake, etc to keep your tummy happy.
8. Rain coat/ Poncho/ Wind cheater
9. Medicines (if you need any), Glucon D / Electrol / Enerzyl Powder (We will have a basic first aid kit with us).
10. A haversack to put all your things. Your hands need to be free.
11. And most imp thing, carry a lot of enthusiasm and team spirit.

You should not carry:

• Jholas/sling bag/Trolley Bag/Suitcase
• Please avoid wearing Jewelry.

How to Reach Gandikota:

To get accurate travel info for reaching meeting point and then moving further

1. Open Google search tab

2. Type the following words in search window "My location to Tadipatri Railway Station distance"

3. You shall get the exact time required to travel, modes of travel, and distance (kilometers) from your location. From here you can take local route to Gandikota.

IMPORTANT: Please make sure you are physically fit to complete the event and before booking you have gone through all the details, FAQ, Points to note, and Disclaimer.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy.

• 90% will be refunded if cancelled 30 days (720+ hrs) in advance.
• 75% will be refunded if cancelled 20 days (480+ hrs) in advance.
• 50% will be refunded if cancelled 10 days (240+ hrs) in advance.
• 0% refund if cancelled in less than 10 days (240 hours) of the event date and time.
• 0% refund if the participant drops out, misses bus pickup, does not reach the meeting point on scheduled date and time.

If the event itself gets cancelled, you will be given the option to switch to any other event or any other date, Or you can opt for 100% refund.

The 100% refund is applicable after deduction of third-party cancellation charges i.e. train and stay. The cancellation charges of train tickets and stay need to be paid by the participant. For this event the stay cancellation charges are 500/- and train cancellation charges will be as applicable as per Indian Railways rules.

If you need to reschedule your booking to any other date, it can be done free of cost if the rescheduling request is sent 720 hours prior to the event date and time. From 00 hrs - 720 hours prior to the event date and time, free rescheduling is not permitted. It will be counted as cancellation done in less than 720hours of event date and time. It's a humble request, please do not give medical reasons, crib, argue or try to threaten/blackmail us if you drop out or cancel/reschedule the trek in the last 10 days. This mutually agreed cancellation policy is applicable to you and us as well. The Date and time of cancellation request sent to us will be considered for calculation of the applicable slab given above. The date and time of booking the event are not relevant for calculating the number of days and hours remaining between the event date and cancellation request.
