Muddie Trails provides real offbeat experiences for the travellers like trekking, adventure activities, camping in tents, bonfire, barbecue, visiting exploring and experiencing the unknown but awesome destinations that are not crowded with tourists.
They do not take travellers to a tourist place unless it is required as a 'filler' in the itinerary between two offbeat places. Travellers are requested to refrain from asking the organizers to take them to ABC temple or XYZ church. The itinerary is already decided and posted based on their offbeat theme. The organizer will only change the itinerary if any place cannot be visited because of unpredictable reasons. If you have a wish list of tourist places to tick off in your mind, then probably Muddie Trails is not for you and hence they kindy request you to not register.

Day 0 - Friday:
Start from Bangalore around 9 PM Friday night (4 pick up spots - Tin Factory, Indiranagar 100 ft Road, Koramangala Sony World Signal, Guragontepalya Metro station)
Day 1 - Saturday:
Reach Campsite, check-in, freshen up, have breakfast, travel to the base of the mountain with the expert forest guide and head out for the amazing trek of Narasimha Parvatha. Have packed lunch, enjoy the stunning views of Kudremukha range, relax & rejuvenate; climb down to the base, head back to the campsite, have a well deserved hot & delicious dinner (veg & non-veg) & enjoy the campfire at night, rest in the tents.
Day 2 - Sunday:
Freshen up, have breakfast, visit Malgudi Days house, Agumbe Wild Forest Research Station and get to know about king cobras; take a dip under the beautiful Sirimanne Waterfalls (or Mogabail Waterfalls), have the natural water spa, head out for beautiful sunset at Kundadri hills (or clouds drifting over Agumbe rain forest if it's overcast), head back to the campsite for another hot & delicious dinner and welcome the new year under the stars!
Day 3 - Monday:
Start the day with breakfast, ride out to a beautiful town of Udupi, escape from the new year crowd and head to a pristine white sand beach away from tourist places and enjoy the day playing on the beach. Freshen up at Udupi's shower/change rooms and enjoy the delicious seafood and coastal cuisine; start back to Bangalore by 9 PM. Reach early morning by Tuesday.

Inclusions
Travel & tolls, forest office permissions & charges for trek/hike
2-days/2-night stay at the campsite, 3 breakfast, 2 lunch (basic food - packed & carried for treks), 2 dinner (unlimited veg/non-veg buffets)
Campfire (if it doesn't rain at the time)
An expert guide always present, organizer to look after all activities & entertainment!
Exclusions
Any miscellaneous expense that is not mentioned in inclusions above.

Nobody shall deviate from Trek path led by Organizers/Guide.
During the meetup, Muddie Trails is not responsible in case of any injuries or animal attacks or reptile bites.
Expect the unexpected in case of wild forests like the sudden closing of trek path by govt/forest department(because of wild animal sighting/landslide/some crime), in which case we may have to cancel the trek (This is very rare - never happened till now). In this case, the Organizer will plan for alternate trek/trip. If this is not possible then Muddie Trails will refund the remaining amount after removing the travel cost.

Travelers are expected to respect each other and help each other.
Avoid discussing sensitive matters like SEX, POLITICS and RELIGION/RACE.
Using foul or abusive language or arguing with fellow travelers/ organizer will not be acceptable and will stand a chance of being deserted by the travel group.

Basic essentials like toothbrush, soap, towel etc
Shades/cap/sunscreen
Full charge mobiles with power banks - to take lot of selfies!
Selfie stick or DSLR if you are interested - the mountains & the lake we will camp at are extremely beautiful.
Small first aid kit if you have and your medications if any
Important: Polythene covers to put used/wet clothes
An extra polythene cover to dispose of your trash during trek - this is important, we have a no-littering policy
Don't carry expensive items
A photo ID card xerox- like Aadhar and Driving License
A lightweight backpack, comfortable shoes/sandals
Carry your jerkin - it can get cold at night
A bluetooth speaker, pendrive with some music

This is a group meetup. So all travelers are expected to follow basic group etiquette like being kind to each other, helping each other, greet each other with a smile and be patient.
Muddie Trails is NOT a tour operator. Muddie Trails is an offbeat travel experience provider. Our facilities are basic & our itinerary is flexible. The organizer may choose to switch/re-arrange parts of the itinerary based on need. Please co-operate with organizer & other travelers.
